My Credo: Liberating Rhapsody
I have so many beginnings and endings in life. I was searching for the right mindset and process to live whole and continuously evolving. I searched for answers, and the epiphany came. I coined my credo as celebrating a Liberating Rhapsody composed of four pillars.
MASTERY. Opening my heart and mind to be self-aware of my strengths and what I need to learn to contribute my uniqueness in this world that complements others. To achieve self-mastery is to cultivate healthy discipline and establish order and completion.
EQUANIMITY. Taking responsibility for my own nourishment and developing self-soothing to navigate the rise and fall of emotions. I have to face my fears and see them with love. When difficult feelings overpower my psyche, I have learned to relax, breathe through, and surrender to peace.
LIVELY. I participate in creating beauty in this world. I will dare to play in bliss even if I get a little scratch along the way. I like being an infectious optimist, not because I ignore reality but I’ve gone through depths and came out stronger and now have more appreciation for the wonders of life.
SOVEREIGNTY. Standing in the power of Oneness. I have to be deliberate to be still to hear my Soul and listen to the voice of my heart. To love me is to love you and to see my divinity is to see yours because I recognize that there’s no boundary, no separation between all living Souls.
